HEY!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! I've been in NY for a almost a week now. enjoying time with my family and of course SHOPPING. I love being here and I'm still debating on staying permanently when hubby gets out of the USMC whenever that will be. The husband got a deployment date well estimated he will prob be leaving April 2012. we've decided that I'm going to move to NEW YORK back with my parents. Excited to move back home and be able to be with friends and family. NOT looking forward to moving in with my parents but the rent on a studio apt is crazy so theres no point in searching! planning on paying off lots of our bills and saving too. I need to find a temp job that will keep me busy. plus I just started college AGAIN . going for my second associates degree. thank you MYCAA. ITS COMPLETELY FREE :)

Got a new PUP!

I bought myself a puppy for my birthday even though its not for two weeks. in the process of potty training him . I bought him new bowls and a place mat online, so excited that its on the way. I got him food, treats,a bling collar, a harness, and some toys.

Next I have to buy him some clothes, a leash, stairs and whatever else I stubble upon.

Its been a while...

just got from New york hung out with a lot of my friends and my family. I wanted to come back to Jacksonville so bad. I admit I missed my husband. I also went to Puerto Rico . It was beautiful wish I could go back. me and hubby need a vacation bad. I have to get ready to go out with my neighbor write more later. heres my view in PR.

So Valentines Day was awesome! hubby took me to Wilmington took me shopping at forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. two stores I love that they DON'T have in Jacksonville -__- I got makeup from Dillards, jewelry from forever 21 and clothing from Charlotte Russe.

I've been on 20 million medicines as usual. so I'm feeling sick. been trying to stick to my workout doing Zumba for ps3

It's pretty good I've been working up a sweat. Mon thru Fri except today cuz I feel crappy LITERALLY. and then Yogilates on Saturdays. I just bought Dance Dance 2 for wii and I'm excited to play it cuz I heard its a good workout and super fun.

I also GOT MVC3 omg ADDICTING...

Happy February .... NOT

Well internet and cable are cut here for the moment we won't be able to pay the bill til taxes are done which I'm still waiting on my w2 . It's taking forever to come I'm on my phone so pardon any misspelling . Lately I've been so sick taking 3 pills a day and I'm still not better. I didn't work out all last week so since I started back this week my body aches over the weekend I bought my ps3 move controllers and little big.planet2 and zumba both games I love ! They occupy my time since I have no tv I hate missing my shows though. I went to get an eye exam yesterday I HATE that Tricare only covers the exam by the way I need glasses but have to pay out of pocket for them another thing tax money will have to pay for. Apparently one eye got.better and the other got.worse since my last exam in 08. I also checked on my Sallie Mae acct and I have to start paying this month not gonna happen I still haven't found a job so I will be deferring payment once again. the interest just piles up I got my free credit report back and my score sucks. I need to fix that i mean I'm 23 with so many bills it sucks. My parents are not acting like my parents and it hurts and as much as I try to talk to my husband about it I feel as though he just doesn't understand. I hope they get over it soon. I'm going to ny next month and I don't wanna have to stay at a friends house and pay for my meals plus I wanna see and hug my sisters and my dog. I leave to PR for my friends wedding the last week of march I'm excited cuz I've been working out to look nice in a dress that I haven't bought yet. I've nvr been there either.

Sick Puppy

So I have been having a crazy past few hours! I had a mild allergic reaction to my birth control pills and the doctor thinks I'm pregnant because my hormones are out of wack lol. Don't know what to say about that but the husband is excited. I have to find a way to get to base thursday to do a glucose test, a thyroid test and a pregnancy test. I'm a sick puppy. Look at all the pills I have to take. Plus I got 2 epipens for emergencies.

Its crazy. I thank God for Tricare though. I haven't had insurance since 2008 and I needed it bad. So many things go wrong as you get older. I just need contacts and I'm upset that Tricare doesn't cover that. Well anyway on a good note I lost 6 pounds in 6 days ! Zumba tonight hopefully! *fingers crossed*

Happy Military Monday!

besides my husbands command giving him a hard time about his weight and 'attitude' today was a good day. Woke up to him driving me nuts ironing his uniform and finding the sewing kit. Then he left I went with a fellow marine wife to her son's doctor appt. That took forever and the doctor was only with us for 10 minutes not even. Then we went to Jacksonville mall. I went to Victorias Secret and got three dogs to add to my collection. I have to put pics of my collection up here. Some people think I'm nuts but everyone collects something and that what I collect. Here are my new dogs.

They are adorable go get em! lol I just picked up 3 $2.99 panties and got my dogs in NY they give me a hard time about doing that but in Jville they were fine with it. afterwards we went to Wet Seal and I got depressed but got over it fast and now I definitely want to lose 15-25 lbs before I go to NY in Mid-March. I'm on a mission here. Anyway came home and starting cleaning and cooking normal housewife stuff we had baked chicken and mashed potatoes not bad but not what I had in mind I wanted a more tasty meal. Its not as easy as it seems to find recipes online I don't have all the ingredients for some recipes I find and no money or car to go out and get them. Soooo I have to work with what I got. Which is sometimes annoying. Well the husband ate it and didn't complain so thats good. We watched 'NEW IN TOWN'

Not too bad I actually liked it. well then we got tired fast and he's sleeping and I'm half way there. He just spoke in his sleep he said 'HOLY MOLY GUACAMOLE GUACAMOLA' LMAO I was cracking up lol. overall great nite with my husband I love him very much and I am very proud to be a Marine wife Semper Fi. <3

What a day..

The husband and I went to bed really late last nite more like this morning. -___- I watched my Pretty Little Liars and Jersey Shore at my friends house while the husbands played Black ops again. Then I wake up this morning cranky as hell for a doctors appt at the naval hospital.

For the record today was the day I spent literally the whole day on base. never did that before. FRUSTRATING. I hate the naval hospital it was so damn busy. I didn't go in there expecting to do 'girl stuff' either, but thats what I ended up doing. I finally got new birth control and I had to take a damn pregnancy test which took an hour to do because of the wait. DID I MENTION AT THE NAVAL HOSPITAL ALL YOU DO IS WAIT. -___- I took a pregnancy test even though I was POSITIVE I wasn't pregnant. then I waited another hour for my doctor to tell her nurse to tell me that she is behind and has no time to answer my questions and that I should make another appt. -__- < signature face btw. To make my day worse I going to be tested for diabetes because it runs in my family both sides. I was freaking out because I actually have issues that diabetics have or maybe I'm just diagnosing myself too soon but I'm still freaking out. I'm overweight for my age, I have cramping in my feet, I am either very hungry or very tired among other things. I broke down in the doctors office because I'm scared. I'm trying to stay positive though. I have another appt on Monday more tests and I'm gonna be there all day again I'm sure. moving on . after my doctors appt and waiting an hour for my prescription to be filled, I went to family services to get some job information learned a little bit about govt jobs and the spouse preference form as well. I will be applying on the lejuene site and USAJOBS.ORG as well. the funny thing is I learned everything I heard on base at family services in the book I'm reading. 'Married to the Military' by Meredith Levya. go figure! after that we went to jewelry shop to get my ring resized. It was a size 7 I was soo excited to wear it for the USMC Birthday Ball back in October that I didn't care that it was so big but now I can't take it. Its annoying everytime I do the dishes or wash my hands its falling off -___- So instead of a size 7 I needed a 5 3/4. MADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL then we went to a job agency here in JVILLE and I had to do some dum tests the lady goes it'll take an hour to an hour and a half I guess she didn't read my resume. I got it done in 40 min. smh. basic math and clerical stuff like filing and coding. hopefully they call me soon. I am beyond desperate I don't want to be home all day anymore. I never did want to do that but its so damn hard to find a job without a car around here. Now I'm watching Eclipse just to have my husband come home from getting his cut and starting it over lol. thats life.

Burlesque good food then Black ops?

So last night I dragged the husband to go see Burlesque. 2 dollar base at Midway park theater LOVED IT! it was really good.

And today hubby and I cooked Fettuccine Alfredo for the first time! it was DELICIOUS! We had company and they couldn't stop complementing. It was great!

We played wrestling and I was getting my ass kicked by my husband and his friend but then I got the hang of things and kicked some ass myself lol && NOW the men are here playing Call of Duty Black Ops online on MY ps3 and I'm tired and wanna go to sleep lol. I think hubby is gonna run to the store and buy Black ops next paycheck lol. INSANE.

Finally Some Girl Time

Well today was Day 2 at with a fellow marine wife (shes awesome just like me and the first real friend I made in JVILLE)at the gym. Definitely need a scale to keep track of my weight. Yoga was intense as expected but I have SERIOUS cramping in my feet for as long as I can remember I've been having this problem. According to the yoga instructor its from wearing flip flops and walking around bare foot. I love to be bare foot and I recently stopped wearing flip flops. Anyway she gave me some exercises to try hope it works lately I feel like so much is wrong with me! well moving on after that my friend and I showered at her house and headed to Olive Garden! yum

I had an awesome time with 5 other Marine wives. We spoke about everything from the bad and annoying things about our lifestyle to school and work. We are apart of a facebook non profit organization/sorority USMC Sisters Delta Chapter.

The main group is USMC Sisters and they have chapters all over the place. its a great support system. This group has been the one group that actually interacts with people. Trying to be active and plan events and actually go through with them. Of course there are the few girls that don't show or cancel last minute but we actually had a table of six and we got along which I think was the best part. I would definitely do it again.

I love my girls. Cynthia has Down Syndrome and has been going through a hard time lately. She was a happy girl a few months ago when we went to the Dominican Republic but we came back and shes completely changed. Its hard on the family we really miss the old Cynthia. She has some doctor appts coming up next week hopefully we'll find out whats wrong. I really hope so.

Ok that ( below) was earlier I'm still upset he is still getting ON MY FUCKING NERVES! But he made dinner and it was good so I guess we're ok not great but ok. Gym tomorrow with a fellow marine wife. And then lunch with a few more at Olive Garden. Yum :)


Not exactly happy right now. I feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster and a physical one as well. My stomach is hurting really bad. As soon as he walked in the door we started to fight. Then some more. Sometimes I wish I had someplace to go but I'm stuck here no place to go. No one to talk to either. I love my husband but sometimes I feel like I don't want to do this our attitudes just don't compliment each other at all. Now that I think about it the past 2 weeks have been horrible screaming yelling crying not talking just horrible I know it will pass but how much of this topsy tervy can I handle? I just want a hug. :-(

I HATE BASIC CABLE. I can't watch bad girls club and the shows just don't look that good without that free HD. The damn cable bill is ridiculous it hit like 500 dollars. We didn't call them to let them know we wouldn't be here for 2 months. I thought about it and I really don't know why I didn't call. ugh

Just got back from the post office and The Dollar Tree <<< fav store EVER! lol you can get anything in there nothing like the Dollar store in NY. EVERYTHING IS ACTUALLY A DOLLAR! LOL can you tell I'm excited the only stupid thing is they don't take Mastercard unless its debit. All my damn Mastercards are credit cards. So when I need something my credit card doesn't help but when I'm okay financially its pretty GREAT! lol Today was also the first time I have used my husbands Marine federal atm card LOL I won't make it a habit hell it was only 1 dollar and 38 cents lol

Well I went to these places with a fellow Marine wife. every time I hang out with her I realize how lucky I am to have my husband because her husband treats her badly I feel bad for her sometimes and sometimes I get mad because she lets it happen. They have a child and there's still no respect. One minute he wants her the next minute he doesn't. its INSANE. He called her while we were out to tell her hes getting deployed in June and he quote " isn't paying rent for a place hes not living at" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? you have a family with this woman and you are telling her to go back to her family in NY or his leave her job because he doesn't trust her here alone and hes not gonna pay for the apt. Its sad really. I wouldn't put up with half the shit he puts her through.

1.) If she wasn’t emotional before, that is all about to change.

2.) You getting a higher rank could just mean an automatic free lay.

3.) Get her a pair of dog tags, ASAP. This is crucial, she will never take them off.

I wonder sometimes if I need to get sleeping pills I don't sleep that much. It's annoying I'm usually up watching my Marine sleep or on my Twitter page.



Right now.I'm up watching Manswers my babe got me hooked lol I'm beyond bored right now. Just happy tomorrow is Friday and happy babe just got paid . Honestly its so damn hard having to be money less til the next paycheck. I dont care what anyone says a Sergeants payrate just isn't good enough for us. Maybe the bills are our fault but still. I just can't wait for us to be debtfree. I'm sure the deployment coming up will help. Maybe even help us with our wedding :D spoke to one of my guy friends tonight he is beyond awesome he gave me some good advice and shared some wisdom. I needed to hear it all most definitely. I have been blessed with wonderful friends and family as well. he says to me ::

Misery loves company you just have to stay focused and know that your love for one another will overcome anything and everything that comes your way. Its going to be hard in the beginning but things will get better trust me. Just stand by his side and he will protect you I know :)

been thinking about a few things today. My husbands ex wife used to get on the computer after he fell asleep to chat with people. I really hate that because we've been hurt in the past we can't trust one another now. I am not an angel but I don't want to hurt him. I really feel as though I don't deserve him til this day and we're married. There are still so many things I have to work on. Being a Military wife isn't easy. All I can do is ask for God for forgiveness and ask him to give me the strength to be able to be there for my husband every single day. He truly is my lifeline. My heart and soul.

Finally Blogging!

So how do I start this? I honestly have no idea. I've been meaning to start a blog for the longest time because I drive myself crazy literally everyday with tons of thoughts. I guess the reason why I have stayed away from blogging is because I figured who would care but in the long run it'll help me be nicer to my husband lol. So I'm a new Marine wife originally from NY but now living with my new Husband (still weird to say it,we were married on September 24, 2010 in NY) in Jacksonville NC.
Can you say BORING? ugh theres nothing to do here.

I MEAN REALLY NEW YORK OR

I totally regret not getting my Drivers License when I was in NY. I really didn't see the need at the time. I am so used to taking the bus the trains and taxi's.  Now I'm screwed because he never has time to take me driving or anywhere else for that matter and I have a NY permit. -__- can't drive around with that in NC. Well lets skip back to my wedding. The only people that know are my close friends and some of his family. I hate that we have to keep it from them. But honestly my parents are so old fashioned that I had to do it this way. Some might not understand but thats why not everyone knows. My husband is 29 and I am 23. And hes been married before, these are issues I am dealing with although with our attitudes and his Career Choice.
We got married in a Bronx Courthouse and no one knew we were there except my best friend. There was a couple there that needed a witness as well so we were their witnesses and they were ours. I still laugh when I think about it. LoL skipping forward a bit I got my rings! and when I got home I wasn't able to wear them and it drove me insane so my husband proposed to me this past Christmas in front of my parents. I was crying and he didn't understand why. Well the reason why I was crying is because even though to the Military we were married to everyone else we were still just dating so now its like I'm living the engagement that I honestly never got. Makes sense? lol I hope so.
Moving on , here are my issues currently. The Government for several reasons but mainly because when I did my FAFSA for my undergraduate my parents made too much money so currently I have loans that I need to pay back. Now that I'm married and away from home I filled out my FAFSA and if anyone has done this before theres a screen that popups at the end that kinda gives you an idea and what your "result" will be .Well it looks like since my husband is a Sergeant, once again we make too much. On top of that issue. I have no idea whether to go to school online or at a local community college here in Jacksonville. Being that I don't have a license nor a vehicle online school might seem like a better choice but I actually wanted to get out there and live the experience and meet people but at this point I don't know. Along with my FAFSA if I get any aid I will be able to use MYCAA as well but 4,000 dollars in 3 years with a fiscal year of 2,000?? I don't know lets hope it all works out.
